Designed to help reduce the damaging effects of ultra-violet radiation which is the major contributory factor in the fading of exhibits, displays and furnishings.

Clear UV window film for homes and businesses

Xander Clear UV window film helps reduce ultraviolet exposure through glass while preserving your view. It can help protect furnishings, artwork, shop displays and other light-sensitive interiors.

Will UV window film stop all fading?

No. UV is one contributor to fading; visible light, heat and the materials themselves also affect how quickly colours change. UV protection helps reduce one cause of fading, but cannot prevent every form of damage or guarantee that furnishings will never fade.

"The UV protection is outstanding – our furnishings and artworks have kept their vibrancy all summer."

Daniel, Richmond

Should I choose UV protection or solar-control film?

Choose a clear UV film when UV protection and a clear appearance are your priorities. If rooms also overheat or suffer from glare, compare a solar-control option such as Prestige Clear film. Heat rejection, glare reduction and visible light transmission vary by product; a clear UV film should not be assumed to deliver the same solar performance.
